When you redeem these offers, they will take you to a page on their site, which will have the product key visible. All you need to do is hit submit/OK and the subscription will be added onto your account.
These codes are only available for a limited time. Once the offer has ended, latest offers will take their place allowing you to try something new. These offers do not cost you money, and the subscription can be cancelled at any time. You just need to make sure that you turn off the auto renewal from the partners website.
